Our leadership team reflects a group of diverse individuals with breadth and depth of experience across the company.
Joe Featherly - Founder & Owner, A&P/IA, Pilot

With over 40 years of experience fixing automobiles, aircraft, and more, there isn't an engine that Joe can't fix. 

He owns and operates Ace Aviation and Automotive Cutting Edge. When he isn't turning wrenches, he does contract IA work and can regularly be found tinkering on or flying his pride and joy: his Cessna 182. 

Nicole Cannavaro - HOM, A&P, Battery Specialist

Raised a mile away from the municipal airport, Nicole spent a majority of her childhood in hangars, asking too many questions.

That curiosity never left her,  and she went on to become an A&P and aviation enthusiast into adulthood. It also led her to a borderline-obsession with electricity, so she became an aviation battery technician as well. When she isn't quoting 'Young Frankenstein' over her charging stations, she can be found elbows deep in grease on any given aircraft.
